I am a senior advisor and investor with 25+ years of executive experience scaling and transforming businesses in industries shaped by technology and change.

Most recently, I served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at team.blue, the leading European digital solutions provider (3.5M+ customers, 4,000+ employees across 22 countries, €850M+ ARR in 2025), where I led M&A, Post-Merger Integration, Legal & Corporate Affairs and ESG, having previously served as Deputy Group CFO. I remain a significant shareholder of the group, which is backed by Hg Capital, CPPIB and Sofina (€4.8bn valuation, 2024).

Before team.blue, I was General Manager and CFO of Register/Dada, listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana until the buyout originated with Hg Capital in 2018. Earlier, I was Deputy Director in Mediobanca's Corporate Finance & Equity Capital Markets division, leading IPOs, M&A mandates and some of the most significant privatizations in Europe, and co-founded the e-procurement start-up WeB2B.

Across my career I have led 120+ transactions and served on 60+ boards across 15+ jurisdictions, with more than two decades of ongoing service as a director of publicly listed companies.
